1. The chicken
- Paprika β β tsp.
- Chicken wings β 1 Β½ pounds
- Garlic powder β 1 tsp.

2. The sauce
- Hennessy β ΒΌ cup
- Soy sauce β Β½ tbsp.
- Apple cider vinegar β Β½ tbsp.

Instructions
- Set your oven to 400 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the chicken ingredients except for the wings.
- Mix to combine.
- Season your chicken wings with the spice mixture.
- Transfer the chicken wings onto a baking sheet.
- Cook for half an hour.
- Flip the wings and cook for another half an hour.
- While the chicken is cooking, add the sauce ingredients to a pan. Mix well.

Substitutions
- Apple cider vinegar β Vinegar provides a complex flavor along with some acidity that elevates your sauce to another level. Still, our Hennessy wings sauce recipe could also be made with lemon juice, lime juice, or citrus juice. Keep in mind that you will be losing out on the rich flavor that comes with vinegar.
- Garlic powder/onion powder β This recipe for Hennessy wings ends up just fine if you use garlic powder and onion powder. However, you could use granulated onion or garlic as well. The consistency wonβt be the same since the former is much finer.
- Soy sauce β Some variations of the BBQ Hennessy wings recipe donβt call for soy sauce at all, but we would not recommend omitting it. If youβd rather not use soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce or fish sauce could be used.
